Position Overview:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful transition of new clients,

coordinating all necessary activities from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation

support.

 

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST, Remote/Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Synthesize Intake
Coordinate with Sales to review call notes and aggregate project details.

 

Client Intros

Lead kick-off calls to gather requirements and establish availability.

 

Meeting Planning

Organize and set up recurring weekly project meetings.

 

Internal Setup

Proficient with Google Space/Drive for team onboarding (Managers, Mentors, Billers).

 

Communication

Dispatch biller details, access checklists, and schedules via internal correspondence.

 

Detail-Oriented

Secure all necessary information and system access requirements.

 

Project Support

Attend weekly meetings through go-live to resolve access or communication gaps.

 

Technical Coordination

Partner with IT for EMR/EHR setup; follow up with clients for pending credentials.

 

Go-Live Planning

Establish launch dates and initiate project commencement with the team.

 

Documentation

Ensure SOPs, recordings, and worksheets are organized in shared drives.

 

AM Coordination

Provide background info to Account Managers for post-implementation handoff.

 

Reporting

Deliver weekly progress updates to leadership; ensure team responsiveness to emails.

Generate monthly reports detailing the volume of successful project go-lives.

 

Web Portals

Assist internal teams with client web portal registration as needed.

 

Productivity

Ensure timely delivery of daily or weekly productivity reports to clients.

 

CRM Management

Log live projects into CRM and other applicable tracking tools.

 

Credentials

Maintain and verify that all current login credentials are updated in master sheets.

 

Post-Launch Monitoring 

Monitor notes/recordings post-implementation to identify re-engagement needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in project coordination, from initiation through go-live transition.
  • Experience in Healthcare BPO is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) for documentation and team onboarding.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational ability for managing sensitive
  • credentials and documents.
  • Experience with client management systems (CRM) and project tracking tools.
  • Technical aptitude to coordinate EMR/EHR setup and help troubleshoot access issues.
  • A focus on metrics, including generating and interpreting weekly/monthly productivity and project status reports.
 

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly rate of 50,000php
  • New hire bonus of 5,000php
  • Risk allowance of 2,000php (if onsite)
