Senior SEO Analyst

Position Overview:

The Senior SEO Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance overall online visibility for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, analytics, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, self-motivated, and experienced in using SEO tools and techniques to deliver measurable results.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 3:00PM-12:00MN, Gliding Shift, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

Keyword Research & Optimization

• Conduct extensive keyword research to identify valuable, high-traffic keywords relevant to client objectives.
• Implement keyword optimization strategies across websites, content, and metadata.
• Focus on both short-tail and long-tail keyword optimization for different stages of the buyer's journey.

Technical SEO

• Perform detailed technical SEO audits and work with developers to address issues related to website performance, crawling, indexing, and overall site architecture.
• Ensure that websites follow SEO best practices, including mobile-friendliness, site speed optimization, URL structure, and internal linking strategies.
• Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and ensure proper canonicalization.

Content Strategy & Optimization

• Collaborate with content teams to optimize website content for search engines while ensuring that it aligns with user intent and is engaging for readers.
• Provide recommendations for content creation based on SEO performance data and keyword opportunities.
• Optimize existing content, landing pages, and blog posts for improved search visibility.

Link Building & Off-Page SEO

• Implement effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
• Monitor backlink profiles to ensure healthy link growth and address toxic links.
• Develop relationships with influencers, bloggers, and webmasters for partnership opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to analyze website performance, track key SEO metrics, and generate insightful reports.
• Provide monthly/quarterly SEO performance reports, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Use data-driven insights to continually refine SEO strategies and recommendations.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Collaborate with web developers, designers, content creators, and the marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to SEO and digital marketing.
• Provide SEO guidance to the content team, offering insights into trending keywords and search intent for content optimization.

Client Communication & Strategy Presentation

• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored SEO strategies.
• Present SEO performance reports and strategy updates to clients, addressing concerns and discussing next steps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•  3+ years of experience in SEO with proven success in improving organic traffic and search rankings.
•  Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO best practices.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Familiarity with link-building strategies and outreach techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with US HealthCare.
• Understanding of SEO for SaaS, e-Commerce, and HealthCare sector
• Familiarity with schema markup, AMP, and other advanced SEO techniques.
• Basic knowledge of paid search (PPC) and how it integrates with SEO strategies.

• Monthly salary starts at 40,000php
