About the Client: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines servicing healthcare companies throughout America. We are looking for Energetic and Highly Fluent English speaking Healthcare Professionals to serve new and existing US Healthcare clinics as inbound and outbound clinical operators during the business hours of our respective clients. Throughout your career you will also get the opportunity to be trained on additional skills such as referral management, authorizations, medical records, prescription coordination, eligibility and benefits, HEDIS, and more.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard Shift

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:
•    Supervises team members, ensuring they are doing their assigned tasks, met or exceeded their targets
•    Ensures that Productivity and Client Reports to clients and management are sent on a timely basis.
•    Reviews client communications/reports for the account
•    Develops a highly efficient workflow for each account under his / her supervision

Requirements:
•    Extensive knowledge in IMS, “Super User” preferred
•    US patient care and healthcare industry knowledge, Bachelor’s degree or certification
preferred
•    High level of written and oral English communication skills
•    Client management skills
•     Analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Documentation and presentation skills
•    Leadership skills
•    Highly dependable
•    Results driven
•    Self-motivated

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
•    Monthly salary of 35,000 - 40,000 (depending on BPO healthcare and leadership experience)
•    New hire bonus of 5,000 
•    Monthly Risk Allowance of Pro rated 2,000
