MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Executive!

Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. 

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9PM-6AM PHT, Office-based

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:
•    Perform outbound calls, send emails, schedule sales demonstrations.
•    Identify and target prospective clients through research, outreach, and networking.
•    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our client base.
•    Build and nurture strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
•    Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction to enhance client retention and referrals.
•    Define and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and sales tactics to achieve revenue targets.
•    Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
•    Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities identify areas for growth.
•    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports.
•    Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
•    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your sales efforts.
•   Strive to meet or exceed revenue and sales targets consistently.


Requirements:
•    A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
•   X+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
•    Strong client relationship-building skills and a consultative selling approach.
•    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
•    Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and market analysis tools.

•    Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
•    Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
•    Willing to work during holidays and weekends


Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
•    Monthly salary of PHP 25,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience)
•    New hire bonus of PHP 5,000
•    Monthly Risk Allowance of PHP 2,000
