Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Associate, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts. 

 

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Gliding Shift, Onsite

 

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Talent Sourcing and Engagement

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and engagement.
 

Screening and Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment strategies.
 

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate a positive and professional interview experience for all participants.
 

Recruitment Strategies

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
 

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
 

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
 

Requirements:

  • At least college level.
  • At least 1 year end to end recruitment experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Google work tools proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of 25,000php 
  • New hire bonus of 5,000php
