Position Overview:

As a Workforce Associate, you will be responsible for supporting attendance tracking, schedule coordination, and workforce data management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate timekeeping, compliance with company policies, and smooth coordination between employees, HR, and Payroll.

 

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite

 

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Attendance and Data Management

  • Perform accurate data entry for employee call-ins and attendance records
  • Maintain and update workforce data to ensure accuracy and completeness
 

Scheduling and Requests Coordination

  • Receive and process requests related to attendance, schedule changes, and deviations
  • Ensure all schedule updates are properly documented and aligned with operations
 

Payroll and HR Coordination

  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accuracy of employee time logs
  • Work closely with HR to monitor and enforce attendance-related company policies
 

Compliance and Records Review

  • Review and validate attendance records and shift schedules for accuracy
  • Ensure employee compliance with attendance and scheduling guidelines
 

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Workforce team as needed
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to attendance and scheduling
 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in workforce management, scheduling, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with workforce management software is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
 

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of 20,000php 
  • New hire bonus of 5,000php
  • Monthly risk allowance of 2,000php
