Position Overview:

As an HR Specialist, you will play an important role in handling employee concerns, especially those related to behavior and company policy violations. You’ll be responsible for investigating issues, writing official notices, and making sure proper actions are taken. You will also help with employee document processing and support HR Business Partners with follow-ups and other tasks.

 

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 6:00PM-3:00AM, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Disciplinary Case Management

  • Investigate incident reports and gather supporting documentation
  • Write and serve discipline notices (using paralegal writing skills) and investigation summaries
     

Policy Enforcement and Sanctioning

  • Analyze findings from investigations and decide on appropriate sanctions
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and labor laws
     

Personnel Movement Coordination

  • Facilitate the preparation and serving of documents related to employee movements such as promotions, transfers, and separations
     

HR Partner Support

  • Assist HR Business Partners in coordinating the submission of coaching logs, evaluations, and certifications from team leaders and members
     

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of HR cases and updates on internal employee files
  • Support report generation for compliance and audit purposes
 

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
  • At least 1–2 years of solid experience handling disciplinary cases (e.g., writing notices, conducting investigations)
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience in a BPO or other English-speaking work environment
  • Strong writing skills for official HR documents
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of labor laws
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative
  • Experience in fast-paced work settings
  • Familiarity with HR systems or tools
  • Experience assisting HR Business Partners or leadership teams
 

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of 23,000php - 26,000php
  • New hire bonus of 5,000php
  • Monthly Risk allowance of 2,000php
