US Recruiter
Position Overview:
As a US Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our US counterpart's talent acquisition efforts.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Engagement
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and engagement.
Screening and Evaluation
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment strategies.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
- Facilitate a positive and professional interview experience for all participants.
Recruitment Strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least senior high school graduate
- US recruitment experience is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience with ATS or any recruitment database in a call center setting
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 25,000php - 30,000php
- New hire bonus of 5,000php
- Risk allowance of 2,000php
