Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard Shift; Office-based Setup

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain HR records such as résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Issue employment contracts and ensure all requirements are completed.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
Explain employee benefits and address HR-related inquiries.
Assist with the distribution of training materials.
Ensure strict confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

Willing to work US shifts
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
At least 1 year of HR experience
Experience with travel agencies (bookings/visa processing) is a plus
Proficient with office software, databases, and email systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and advanced knowledge of employment law
Must be driven, highly conscientious, and detail-oriented

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

Monthly basic salary of 25,000php
New hire bonus of 5,000
Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
